I saw this event and, as a mother of two daughters, I had to share! The Franklin G. Burroughs – Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum in Myrtle Beach is hosting a Mother-Daughter Tea Party fundraiser on Sunday, September 18, 2011. It begins at 1:00 and ends at 4:00 p.m.
There is going to be a fashion show, mini-manicures, storytelling, glitter hair, and more. Their awesome sponsors include The Kangaroo Pouch, Ripley’s Aquarium, Sparkles, and Bijuju.
You can download the official flier here. The price is a bit steep at $40 for member mother/daughter duos. Non-member couples get in for $50. Each additional family member is $15.
If you’re looking for a good excuse to get all dolled up with your little girl (or daughter of any age), this is your party! It’s going to be so much fun!
This event is open to any combo of mother, daughter, grandmother, or granddaughter.
