While researching another story, I came across the current pricing for the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, which, by the way, was recently named “Best Scenic Experience in South Carolina” by OfficialBestOf.com. You can read more about that here.
Since last year this time, ride prices have gone up by $1, for both children and adults. Adults ride for $13 each and each child will cost you $9 per ride. When I wrote about our family’s experience on the SkyWheel the weekend after it opened last year, I remembered thinking, “$40 for four people for about 20 minutes of entertainment isn’t too bad.” That came to about $0.50 a minute per person. Fear not, even at $44 for four people, and a per minute cost of $0.55, I still say it’s worth it!
You can connect with the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel on their site, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. You can also give them a call at (843) 839-9200 or stop by. They’re located at 1100 North Ocean Boulevard, in the heart of downtown Myrtle Beach.

Prices now include tax. Last year it was $12 plus tax and $8 plus tax. Now it is a round $13 and $9.
That’s great information, K. Thank you!
