It’s almost time for the Spring Beach Babies Kidsale. It’s a spot for financially savvy parents to come together, buying and selling their new and gently used baby gear, clothing, toys, and more.
From March 9 – 12, 2013, the sale will take over half of the X Sports Mall on George Bishop Parkway. Those with items to sell stand to make quite a bit of money on things they don’t need or use any more. Those who intend to shop are going to get some *great* deals.
Much to my delight, the organizers of this very popular, twice-yearly sale have generously given me two consignor passes to give to you! Why be a consignor? I’ve got five reasons.
1. Make Money – The average consignor made over $300 last sale.
2. Declutter your home – Their top sellers include baby equipment, boutique clothing, kitches, toys, and outdoor play structures.
3. Reuse and Recycle
4. Shop before the public and get the best deals.
5. Help other local moms.

Now go take a look around your house. Have you got items that are in great shape, you no longer use, and would be of value to other moms? If so, this is for you!
To enter, all you have to do is comment on this post (no comments via Facebook, Twitter, or email will be accepted). Tell us approximately how much you spent on gear during your baby’s first year. If you’re an expecting parent, tell us how much you anticipate spending. There is no wrong answer!
When entering, you will be asked to provide a valid email. This is how I will contact you if you win. MyrtleBeachforFamilies.com respects your privacy and never shares your information.
This contest is open from the time of publication until 11:59 a.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2013. You may only enter one time. The winner has 48 hours to respond. Failure to do so will result in another entrant being chosen, so make sure you provide an email address you check frequently. Each of the two winners will receive one consignor pass.
