I say it every time I talk about the Myrtle Beach State Park and I’ll say it again. It’s my absolute favorite place on the Grand Strand and if they’d let me live there, I would!
Beyond the beautiful beach, lifeguards during the summer, and lush forest, the rangers there put together a program schedule that keeps young (and older) minds wondering and learning about science and having fun.
We’ve been to most of these programs over the years and they never disappointment. Unless otherwise noted below, they’re included with the price of admission to the park. If you don’t have one, just go ahead and get an annual Passport pass. It’s $75 and worth every penny. In leaving here for more than a decade, we’ve never been without one.
Enjoy!
