The Black Dog Running Company is sponsoring a fitness initiative that asks you do to only one thing this year – walk/run 1000 miles between January 1 and December 31, 2015.
It doesn’t matter how many days a week you hit the pavement or treadmill. Your speed is irrelevant. All that matters is your commitment and effort!

If you start today, you have approximately 50 weeks left in the year. That means you’ll need to average about 20 miles a week, or just under three miles a day, four miles five times a week, five miles four times a week, ten miles twice a week, or one really sore Saturday. Sounds like fun, right?
